New antibiotic cystic acne and tips for teens on acne on their chest and back

If you have been plagued by acnes for quite some time and is starting to get frustrated, there may be a tendency for you to take drastic measures like popping and smashing pimples. Try not to do that as that can worsen the situation and may even result in scarring.
In some cases it can, but not when dealing with acne. Psoriasis has been known to respond well to UV light, but sunlight is only a temporary relief from acne. After prolonged exposure to the sun, the skin may backlash and make acne worse. There are also the small matters of skin cancer and aging to consider, so make sure you keep using sun screen. There are some that are better for acne sufferers than others (see our tips on acne treatments below).
The best way to deal with bacterias is to kill them. Try natural antibiotics such as ginger and garlic. Regular consumption of these natural antibiotics can be very helpful in your acne condition. Topically, you can use tea tree oil and benzoyl peroxide. Most of the time I recommend using tea tree oil only since it is natural and does not cause any side effects.
